Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer - born on August 4, 1981, is an American actor. She is most famous for her roles in the movies The Haunting of Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and for roles in television show Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Her current role is Amantha Holden in her role on the Sundance Channel show, a drama called Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer - an American actress who has worked in television and film - is a TV star. She was known for her role in the drama show Rectify, as well as in the science fiction series Timeless. The native of Gulf Breeze Her first role was with soap opera All My Children. In recognition of her performance she was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award as Outstanding Female newcomer. She played mostly guest roles during a number of years on television series. She was recognized for her role as her character, Dr. Erin Jameson, in the television show Hawthorne. Gradually, her beautiful looks and powerful acting abilities made her an ideal candidate for a loyal fan base. Her first film appearance came when she was around 20 years old, performing in the film Campfire Stones. The actress has also been featured on Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks as well as other films. The role she played as the lead character in Beautiful Now was recognized with a Madrid International Film Festival Award. Recently, Spencer portrayed Lucy Preston (history professor) in Timeless. Spencer was praised from critics about her performance in the sci-fi show Timeless. Spencer received nominations for an award called the Teen Choice Award.
